(Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, last night.
In his address to the grand jury, Mr Justice Couolly said that lie was pleased there were only a few charges of offences against the person, ineluding only two of an indecent, character. The most important charges were against, a clerk, charged with setting fire to the premises of John Ke-d and Co., to obscure three thousand pounds of defalcations in the hooks, and the charge against Hamilton, of setting fire to a house at Newmarket.
