Failing which, he is prepared to forfeit to the Wellington Hospital the sum of £25 sterling. The conditions to bo : I'irst, that a committee of six Wellington medical men or well known Wellington gentlemen, be appointed to substantiate the fact of Capilla having done what we claim for it. Second, that the gentleman upon whom the test is to be made has upon the scalp a down or slight fluff. It _is immaterial whether it is discernible with naked eye or not, so long as a microscopical examination proves it to exist. If the above Challenge is accepted, we particularly request the attendance of newspaper reporters, medical men, and others who are interested, to watch the progress made from day to day.
