By Tolegraph—Press Association. Wellington, last night. At tho Supremo Court to-day Edwin Gerald was sentenced to twelve months imprisonment for attempted robbery fiom a person at Woodviiie. Henry Burton, charged with aggravated assault on Chas. Physick, was found guilty of common assault. Sentence was deferred. Sir Joseph Ward loft for South this evening.
