I am in favor of more light in dark corners, and an equal expenditure of rates all over the Borough, including the West Kmi of the town, and especially the improving and beautifying of the Band Rotunda Recreation Reserve; also, the improving of Kahutia street and the streets in Victoria Township, being wtiiin tiie Borough. There are other important matters which also require I lie attention of Councillors, such as the widening or renewing of Reel street bridge, allottier bridge higher up the river, a footbridge in Rowe street leading to the beach, the gravelling of Reel and Grey streets to the boundary of ihe Railway, and many other matters beneficial to the ratepayers. Should you do mn the honor to elect me as one of your Councillors, it shall bo my chief object to study the interests of the ratepayers and the progress of the town in general.
