Until furl her observations nr o inane no judgment c m m* formed ns to its urine o: thr/piob.ibinlv of its increasing in size and brilliancy. He also succeeded in finding the comet which h:w recently passed round behind the sun, and which whs found in January last by Geocobini at Nice. It- was observed for several weeks in the Northern Hemisphere, and it is now in the 8 S.W.. moving southward in the constellation of plueuix, and approaching the earth. It uniy shortly be visible to the unaided eye.
