A SHAKE-UP IN VICTORIA? MELBOURNE, March 28
A distinct shock of earthquake was felt iu the eastern and southern suburbs at 10.20 last night, about Yura, Toorak, and St. Hilda people hurried from their shaking houses into the streets.
