By, Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright^ Received 1>,17 p.ui., March 28. LONDON, March 27.
’Hie Irish Land Bill sweeps away arrears of rent, excepting for the one year preceding the passing of the Act. Irish opinion is that, while ninety per cent, of the landlords would have sold on the terms proposed at the recent Dublin Conference, only sixty per cent, will sell under the conditions provided in the Bill.
