Tho Government originally purchased nino hundrod acres of Lord Linthgow’s laud at Hope, and have since acquired another two hundrod. They will probably make further purchase. It is estimated a town of forty thousand people will ultimately be formed. It is proposed to acquire Inverkithing harbor for destroyers and small craft.
