Tho Union Company’s s.s. Tarawora arrived from Southern ports onriy yesterday morning, and proceeded to Auckland at 9 a.m., taking the following passengore from this port : —Misses Dunn, Mirams, Kenny; Mesdames Mirams, Marshall, Paterson and daughter, Steele, Hunter, Martyn ; Messrs Kinner, Bradloy, Steele, Maidment, Rev. J. Paterson. The Shaw-Savill steamer lonio left for Napier yesterday morning at 10 o’clock, with tho following cargo from this port: 9076 carcases mutton, 118 quarters beef, 60 casks tallow, 26 casks pelts, 18 halos wool, shippod by the Gisborne Freezing Works. Dalgoty and Co. shipped 46 bales wool, 10 casks tallow ; Common, Shelton and Co., 21 bales of wool ; Bennett and Sherratt, 86 bales wool. Tho U.S.S. Company’s Waikaro arrived from Sydney and Auckland yesterday at 1 a.m. Sho left for Southern portß last evoning. Passengers :—lnward : From Sydnoy: Mrs Shoan; Messrs ShoaD, Curtis, Molvor. Mossrs Mackrell and Colley inform us that they have received word from Capt.
