Mr Hardy, chief officer of the Hinemoa, has been appointed deputy harbormaster at Port Chalmers. He will be succeeded on the steamer Hinemoa by Mr Wilkinson, second . officer of the Tutanekai. Mr Dillner has been promoted to be second offi.cet of the Tutanekai.
