BURGLARS AT WORK.
Per Press Association. Invercargill, last night,
The shop of Messrs Harper and MeKonzie, butchers, Jid street, was broken into early this morning, and the safe carriod oil to a reserve on the town boundary, where it was brokon open. The thieves wore rewardod for their labor by finding fourpouce in tho drawer. There seems to have been two men about the job, but the police have as yet no cluo to their identity.
