Wellington, last night. I It is now considered practically certain that Government will despatch a team of riflemen to Bisley in April. The Rev. Mr Waters, vicar of St. Peter’s, who is leaving for England to take a living of Sherborne, was to-night presented with an address and purse of sovereigns by the parishioners.
