Dunedin, last night. The directors of Kempthorne, Prosser and Co., New Zealand Drug Company, report that the net profits for the year amount to £15,149. Adding the balance brought forward, and deducting the dividend paid in January, there was available £27,313. It is proposed to pay 7 percent, dividend and carry forward £13,694,
