STEAMER COLLISION.
A CAPTAIN RESPONSIBLE

Tho Marino Board found Captain Middloton, mastor of the Eurimbla, responsible for tho collision, and cited him to show cause on March 2nd why his certificate should not be cuncellod or suspondod. The Court found that Captain Middleton had navigated the vessel on tho wrong sido of the fairway, and attempted to pass the Wakatipu starboard to starboard. The mastor of each vessel did all that was possible to minimiso the consequences of the collision.
