Hofmoyer, in an interview, said that tho tour of the Generals was a success. Mr Chamberlain was wise in talking to people individually, instead of from within tho official ring; hence all wero inclined to trust him. All sensible citizens would bo loyal. London, Feb. 20. It is estimated that Mr Chamberlain’s tour will cost two thousand two hundrod pounds.
