I Messrs Williams arid Kettle, Ltd., report having a very successful sale of Mr Eellerby’s stock and implements at his homestead on Tuesday last. There was a very large attendance, and bidding throughout was spirited. Every line submitted was disposed of excepting tho stallion Honest Jock. The following is a list of the sales made, with prices realised : 280 Shropshire crossbred lambs 5s 7d, 250 d year-old Eornney ewes 8s 2d, 800 4tooth Eornney wethers 11s 7d, 150 2 and 4-tooth Shropshire ewes 8s Id, 180 forward wethers 11s Bd, 666 4 and 6-tooth ewes 10s lid, 184 4 and 6-tooth ewes 10s 4d, 152 full-mouth ewes 4s 6d, 650 8-tooth ’ewes 7s 7d, 150 2-tooth wethers 9s 3d, 26 halfbred Lincoln ewes 9s 4d, 28 forward ewes is 2d, i half-bred Eomney-Lincoln ewes 9s 4d, 315 2-tooth ewes 9s Bd, 94 mixed 2tooths 5s Id, 80 mixed 2-tooths 4s Id, 124 to 8-tooth Shropshire rams 2ls, 3 6-tooth Southdown rams 21s, 13 2-tooth Lincoln rams 10s, 10 2-tooth Lincoln-Eomney rams 10s 6d, 2 pure-bred Eornney rams £5 5s and £2 2s, 3 half-bred Lincolnltomney rams Jgs, 2 Leicester 10s 6d, 15 Lincoln ewes 12s 6d, 35 Lincoln-Eomney lambs 10s 6d, 4 pigs 525. Cows made from £6 to £9 15s, station cows in calf £j Ts 6d, Polled Angus cows £5 15s, tK.-o heifers and one steer £2 2s 6d, Fantham bull (2yrs) £l6 16s, 9 steers £4, 4 heifers £5, 16 heifers £2 16s, 9 steers £2 2s 6d^ 2 steers £4 ss, 2 pure-bred heifers £3, 3 heifer calves 30s, 2 big steers £6 10s.
