Nominations for ail handicaps must be in the hands of the Secretary before 3 p.m. on FEBRUARY 7th, 1903, accompanied by nomination fees, name, age, pedigree, and performances, also colors of riders. Weights declared on FEBRUARY 14th, and general entry night. Acceptances due on FEBRUARY 23th, at 8 p.m., at Reedy's Hall, Tuparoa. All protests to be given in writing within 15 minutes of race, and accompanied by a deposit of 2 sovs, which shall be forfeited if protest not sustained. All races run under Metropolitan rules.
