Horses entering for District Race to have been in the district and the bona-fide property of residents for at least three months previous to races. Boundaries, Waiapu County. 3. District horses winning races 2 or 4 to carry penalty of 71b in District ltace. 4. The handicapper shall have power to re-handicap horscß after declaration oi weights and throughout the meeting. 5. Protests to bo lodged with Secretary, in writing, within 15 minutes after the disputed event, and accompanied by a deposit of 20s; such deposit to be forfeited should the protest be deemed frivolous or vexatious. (1. Jockeys riding in races to wear colors. 7. Nominations for llaces 2 and 4 to be in the hands of Secretary by Saturday, March 28th, at 5 p.m., accompanied by age, name, pedigree, and performance of horse, and colors of rider. 8. Weights for Races 2 and 4 declared Monday, March 30th. Acceptances close at Tawhiti Hotel, Friday, April 3rd, at 10 p.m. y. Entries for Pony Race to be in the hands of Secretary by 0 a.m., Saturday, April -Ith. Weights declared 10 a.m. ; ■ acceptances up till time of race. 10.
