Paris, Fob. 22. Cattani’s libel action against tho Humbert’s was dismissed, tho Court holding that the charge of usury brought against Cattnni was made in good faith. Cattani was condemned to pay costs. Madame Humbert’s confidence and audacious interruptions and attacks on tho Government, particularly on M. Valle, Minister of Justico, are creating intonso public interest in France.
