REBUFF TO A SCIENTIST.

The Kaiser, writing to Admiral Hoffman, a momber of the Orieutal Society, deprecates Professor Dehitsch’s conclusions. Ho believes in Revelations, and predicts that the kernel of the Old Testament will survive research. Religion was not the result of science, but the outpouring of man’s heart and being from intercourse with God.
