BOWLING.
The glorious woather which prevailed yesterday aftornoon attracted a large number to the bowling green, and some excellent play was put in during the aftornoon. Only one game was got off for tho Vicepresident’s prize, but it was keenly fought and provided a close finish, resulting as follows: Collinge Nicholas Matthewson 19 Willock * 17 Other gameß played were ; Robertson Lewis T. Adair Quigley W. Pettio Hookey Massey (skip) 21 Dixon (skip) 26 This was an excollently-contosted game, and resulted 21 all. On playing off, by some really fine plaVi Dixon got four in, and the game ended as above. Plimmer Rosie Birss Orr Hennesßy J. W. Witty Harris (skip) 28 Wallace (skip) IS Furby Fotheringill Jones Tombleson Sandlani Coleman Williams (skip) 20 Euro (skip) 18 Plimmer Rosio Hennessy Orr Birss J.
