By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Melbourne, Feb. 16. A cyclonic storm, with dense dust, traversed the greater part of the State, and was particularly severe around Meioourne. The public school at Montagu was completely wrecked. A woman was seriously injured by flying debris. The gale played havoc on a number of business places and dwelling houses in South Melbourne.
