All open races except Maiden and District Welter race. The district shall be the Waiapn County boundaries. iimses must have been owned and in the district at least three months previous to races. Nominations for all handicaps must be in the hands of the Secretary before 8 p.m. on FEBRUARY 7th, IUO3, accompanied by nomination fees, name, age, peuigree, and performances, also colors of riders. Weights declared on ELBEUAItY 14th, and general entry night. Acceptances due on FEBRUARY 28th, at 8 p.m., at Reedy’s Hall, Tuparoa. All protests to be given in writing within 15 minutes of race, and accompanied by a deposit of 2 sovs, which shall be forfeited if protest not sustained. All races run under Metropolitan rules. All nominations and entrances to be addressed to the Secretary of Waiapu Racing Club, Tuparoa, East Coast, and endorsed “ Entry for Waiapu Races.”
