Mr McKenzie, ex-Ministor of Lands, has resigned his soat to give his constituents an opportunity to review his actions. Whon the Deputy-Speaker announced tho resignation one momber sought to discuss the affair, but was ruled out of order. A scone of disordor followed, tho Treasurer, Dr Malonoy, indulging in recriminations. Both ultimately apolousod.
