Winners of any handicap after declaration of weights tu carry a penalty of 71bs. All upon races except Maiden and District Welter race. The district shall be the Waiapu County bounuaries. Horses must have been owned and in the district at least three months previous to races. Nominations for all handicaps must be in the hands of the Secretary before 8 p.m. on T'EBKUaHY 7th, IPO3, accompanied by nomination fees, name, age, pedigree, and performances, also colors of riders.
