By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, last night.

As to tho dairy schools he thought they should have the necessary machinery in every centre, and instructors should tour the colony, giving instruction. The revenue for the past ten months had been satisfactory. He estimated tho Land Tax would fall 4110,000 short of the estimate, but there would be r.o interference in the way of reducing the exemptions or increasing the Graduated Land Tax. He believed the land of the colony was undervalued by twelve millions sterling, and was convinced Parliament would havo to look into the matter.
