FOUR LIVES LOST.

* By Teleeraph—Press Association. Auckland, last night. 1 A Kawhia wire reports that a boat containing four residents capsized, three— Ensoll, Lewsley, and Herbert Sutton, a son of C. Sutton —being-drowned. Hugh Taylor was rescued, Ensoll leaves a wife and family.

LATER PARTICULARS. By Telegraph—Press Association. Hamilton, last night. In the sailing race at the Raglan regatta & boat capsized, and the occupants were thrown into the water. One named Taylor was rescued, but H. Sutton, G. Newsly and J. Ensoll were drowned. The bodies have not been recovered. Newsly is tho son of a Liverpooljsolioitor, and Sutton is the son of tho harbormaster. Ensoll was a carter, and leaves a wife and eight childron.
