MEMORIAL TO MARTYRS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyrigh’ Received 5.46 p.m., Jan, 28. Sydney, Jan. 28.

A memorial window has been unveiled at the church at Votorate, New Guinea, in memory of the martyred missionaries, Junes Chalmers and Oliver Tomkins.

Advices nave boun received from London that the Society for the Propagation-of the Gospel has presented an oil launch valued at a thousand pounds to the Bishop uf New Guinea. Tins mission launch was a gilt from Abel Low, of New York, in grateful recognition of the Society’s good work throughout the world.
