TO-DAY'S LAND SALE.
A sale of great importance is to be held to-day by Messrs Williams and Kettle, commencing at 11.30 tins morning. In the estate ot the late E. F. Harris twelve acres of land on Kaitij comprising choice building sections, will be ottered. Low reserves have been fixed cm the sections, which should command a ready sale. There are also other valuable properties to be offered, including lot 37 of section 265, Haiti, containing twelve acres 3 roods 33 perches. This choice lot is being sold under instructions from Mr J. E. C. Price. Then, on the Whataupoko good opportunities are also oiTered. Under instructions from Mr Ling, that gentleman’s well-known property, subdivided into five sections will- also be offered ; and under instructions from Mr W. Branson, section 107, at the Point, which is so conveniently situated to the town, will be submitted. This section contains 1 rood 32 perches. Full particulars as to the properties may be obtained at Messrs Williams and Kettle’s offices.
