By Telegraph—Press Association.’ i Greymouth, last night. The Premier has just received a general order, dated tbo 20th November, contain ing the conditions of obtaining the King's ' South African medal, which are :—(a) That men who were actually serving in South Africa on or after Ist January 1902, and (b) on that date or subsequently prior to the Ist January completed eighteen months of war service.
