THE BUSH FIRES.

Wairoa, yesterday.
Serious bush fires have occurred in Mohaka district. David McLeod, contractor, felling 200 acres of bush for G. Hislop, had the misfortune to see his busk catcb fire. Tbe contractor and bis mm lost nearly everything, and barely escaped with their lives.
