Itochfort and Miss Glasgow 6—l, 6—o ; seooud round, C. C. Cox and Miss Gore beat C. H. Adams and Miss Wright B—6, 6—4 ; Laishley and Miss Kennedy beat Broad and Miss Ledger 6—3, 6—2. In tho Men’s Handicap dingles, second round, Harman beat Adams 6—5, 6—5 ; Smith beat Newton 6-2, 2—6, 6—4; Swanston beat Williams o—2, 6—3 ; Wilding beat Peacock 6—3,3 6,6-5. In tho Men’s Handicap dingles, second round, Carruth beat Cochemalo o—2, 6—3. In tho Combined Uandicup H. A. Parker and Miss Nunnelly owe 40 beat H. It. Cook and Miss P. Uorrio receive 15 by 6 —3, 6—2. Later.—At the Championship Tennis Tournament, in the Ladies' Championship dingles, socond round, Miss Aitkon beat Miss E. Lodger 6-2 B—6; Miss More boat Miss Glasgow 6-2, 6-1. Men’s Championship Duublos, third round: Fisher and Peacock beat- Wilding and Hannan 6 —4 6-3,4 6 7—5.

Combined Championship Doubles, second round : Parker and Miss Nunuolley boat Swanston aad Miss Marchant 6 —2 6—3.

Men’s Handicap Singles, first grade, second round : Goss beat Nunnelley 6 —2 3-6 6-2.

Men’s Handicap Singles, second grade : Heron beat Suckey 6—16—3; P. Moore beat Binny 3—6 6 —l 6—4. Men's Handicap Doubles: W. Slowman and N. F. Smyth beat H. It. Buncan aud L. Lovien 6—3 o—6 6—2.

Ladies’ Singles Handicap, socond round: Miss Bell beat Miss P. Strange 4—o 6—l 6—o ; Miss Bauchop beat Mrs Ballantyne 6—2 6-4.

Tho tennis championships continued all day, but no event was docided. Parker and Peacock are left in for the Men's Championship Singles.
