He declares that he forwarded the Princess’s jewels, worth sixteen thousand pounds, to his brother at Brussels, and that tho German Government intercepted them, leaving the lovers penniless. Tho Archduke Leopold, brother of the Princess, refuses to resign his Imperial right, unless guaranteed an allowance.
