Auckland, last night. Tbo Shannon, Float, Star Shoot, and Ayrdalo arrived on Sunday. All four worked this morning, looking well. Mars ploased more than Siege Gun, who walked sore after an 11-furlongs’ gallop on the tan, the last circuit in 1.581-. Orloff and King Log did a strong five furlongs; Golden Vein long, slow exercise ; Pallas two short sprints; Cruciform long-stride work ; Bluejacket, Idas, Matamataharakeke, Val Rosa, Tho Noodle, Wairiki, Legion of Honor, Ilohoro, and Golden Rose useful tasks; Rosolla and Grey Seaton six furlongs in 1,23. Siege Gun is easier in the market. Porirua arrives today. ___________
