Mr C. C. Graham, S.M., opened the second inquiry to-day into tho local ,|r poll, on tiio declaration mado by so electors of alleged irregularities. Adams raised the point that the Magieti had no jurisdiction, and tho enquiry v adjourned till January 25th.
