SENT FULL SPEED ON TO A REEF VESSEL THEN DESERTED. By Telegraph—Pre3s Association—Copyright Perth, Dee. 23. The captain and a portion of tho erew of tho Zoir have arrived. The balance remain at Carnarvon. The wreck occurred on the night of November 27th. The weather was very thick. The vessel was going at full speed, and jammed fast to a reef. The captain favored standing by and sending for assistance. The officers objected, owing to the isolated position of the wreck, and over-ruled him. They secured their personal effects and provisions and got away in three boats, wherein they spent five days before lauding at Carnarvon. Latest reports are that the Zoir stands perfectly upright on the reef, the ’tween decks being above water. She is not very badly damaged. A large portion of the cargo was uninjured, and is being-rapidly salvagcd.
