ONE COMMITS SUICIDE IN PRISON. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, Dec. 21. Tho trial of the Bank of England note forgers resulted in Bernstein being sentenced to twenty, William Barmash to ten, and Solomon Barmash to liftcon years’ imprisonment. All pleaded guilty. Solomon Barmash, who was paralysed, cried in Court, and later suieidod in the temporary prison in Old Bailey, shooting himsolf with a revolver, which ho obtained and concealed while under treatment in the prison inlirmary.
