SEVENTY THOUSAND NATIVES CARRIED OFF. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, Dec. 19. The Commissioners who are investigating the mysterious disoaso known as "sleeping sickness" in Uganda, report that seventy thousand natives have died in four years and fifty thousand are still suffering. The disease is incurable, and is increasing in virulence.
