SOUTH AFRICA.
By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, Dec. 17. Lord Unslow states that the Government contemplated sending lo South Africa bacteriological experts to study remedies for cattle diseases. The Government are- importing Queensland cattle, and a large number ol Australian sheep and English rums, with the object of establishing experimen fcul farms. Tho Veterinary Department will induce the Boers to combat diseases.
