By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, Dec. 14. Botha and Do La Roy havo sailed for South Africa. Bothu, interviewed prior to his departure, expressed himsolf gratoful at tho courtesies extended to them. Ho said they wero going buck to tako things quietly. Fischer would bo tho Boer representative in Europe.
