GENDAKMIE CHARGE THE MOB. By Telegraph—Tress Association—Copyright Paris, Dec. 10. The bakers at Marseilles have struck, ami the army bakers will replace them. Owing to some gangs of laborers resuming work on the quays tho dockers interfered and compelled the police to retreat. The Comtnissionary of Police was wounded in tho face in the struggle. The gondarmie, on being charged, dispersed the mob, and arrested fifteen of the leaders. Armed with knives, tho military occupy the thoroughfares to tho leading dock. The free laborers are being protected. A meeting of 8000 naval reservists and dockers censured the Government, and demanded the withdrawal of the troops. They threatened violence in reply to the brutality of the polioe. The shipowners urge the Government to punish the reservists inasmuch as their deserts.
