New York, Dee. 9. I be Yaquis Indians, whose reservations are between the United States and Mexico, are objecting to the proceedings of the Mexican Boundary Scouts. They cap tured Ryan, the chief scout, indicted wounds on his body, sawed his legs off, and tortured him to death. A strong force of Mexican police has been sent to the scene.
