Walls, Esq., Kaiapoi, having been purchased in Glasgow, at the enormous sum of fifteen hundred guineas. Standard Duke was imported by Mr Chambers, of Hawke’s Bay. For further information, see Stud Book. It was not purposed to have stood Young Duke this season, and this is only done at special request. A'l mares sent to Young Duke will he attended to by an experienced man (Mr G. A. S.
