A RINGING APPEAL, BERLIN, November 28. The Socialist newspaper Vorwarts has published a copy of ringing appeal, signed by princes, nobles, great linanciers, and industrial representatives of Germany, backed by the Kaiser, calling for a systematic moveiucot for the extermination of social democracy as immoral and corrosive, and imperilling the honor of domestic life in Germany. The organisation is preparing to circulate eight million pamphlets, urging voters to resist the danger which is undermining the Fatherland.
