T N pursuance ami exercise of the powers vested in them m that behalf by “ The Counties’ Act, 1880,” , the Cook County Council do hereby resolve as follows That for the purpose of providing the Interest and other charges on a. Loan of £ 11500, authorised to be raised by the Cook County Council under the provisions of “ The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, J!)0J,” for constructing a Carl Bridge across the Tolago River, the said Cook County Council do hereby make and levy a Special Rate of One Benny in the £1 upon the rateable valuation of all rateable property of the Tolago Bridge Loan District, comprising all the lands bounded towards the North by the Waiapu County, towards the East by the ocean to a point on the coast line, being the production of a right line drawn south-east from the western boundary of Paremata No. 2 Block ; thence by that line and the southern and western boundaries of Paremata No. 2 Block to the Mangaheia Stream; thence by that stream and the Uawa River to the boundaries of the Waiapu County ; und that such Special Rate shall be an annual recurring rate during the currency of such Loan, and lie payable Half-yearly on the Ist day of •June and the Ist day of December in each and every year during a period equal to the currency of such I oan, being a period of Forty-one Years, or until the Loan is fully paid off. The rate of Interest to lie 3k per cent, per annum.
