The Secretary of the General Post-office is in receipt of a cable from the Pacific Cable Board, London, advising that Sells’ directory of registered telegraphic addresses contains a large number of addresses registered in Great Britain by the Post-office. Tho Atlantic companies will deliver all tolegrams addressed to any code address which appears in Sells, as well as to any persons whose address is registered with them. Tho companies register free.
