The Labor Congress adopted resolutions in favor of all Government works being done by day labor, land value taxation, labor bureau for males and females in all States, Bonus Bill lor iron industry, and extension of full citizen rights lor all State employees.

The speakers strongly condemned the proposal ot the Victorian Government to introduce separate representation for Civil servants.
