Nolson, last night. James Ballard, of Spring Grovo, whilst riding a bicycle into town at tho Port this morning, was run into by a horse and trap and was thrown. Tho shaft or horse’s hoof inflicted a heavy scalp wound and crushed the bones of his chost. Ho was taken to tho hospital. lutornai injuries aro feared.
