The Income Tax Bill has passed the Assembly by a majority of live votes. QUEENSLAND’S DESPERATION, BRISBANE, November 20. The Treasurer, in an interim statement proposes to raise £600,000 by Treasury Bills with a currency oi ten years, interest not to exceed 4 per cent. The bulk oi the money is required to meet last year's delicit. The bills' will be retired at maturity by a proposed special land sale. The Treasurer hinted, without committing himself as recommending it, that the railways might be disposed o£ at their capital value,
