Spitnvan was occupied on tho 17th after slight opposition. Two hundred and fifty prisoners, 3500 cattle, and snmc arms were captured. London, Nov. 20.
Reuter states that Mcßea is entrenched at Spin wan. Captain White was killed when at the head of a party of Tonnochy’s. They wore storming a stroDg tower at Gumati, killing the defenders, who had six outlaws. Three officers and eight Sikhs were wounded. Tonnochy died from iniuries.
